Section 11. Protection of action taken in good faith.

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Kerala Professional Colleges or Institutions (Prohibition of Capitation Fee, Regulation of Admission, Fixation of Non-Exploitative Fee and Other Measures to Ensure Equity and Excellence in Professional Education) Act, 2006 (19 of 2006), s.20; it may still apply to matters that began before then.

11. Protection of action taken in good faith.—No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any member of the Committee or any officer of the Government for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
