29. Meeting of the Corporation Sports Council, the Municipal Sports Council etc.- (1) Every Corporation Sports Council, Municipal Sports Council 75[***] and Village Sports Council shall meet at least twice in a year 76[and one of it shall be the annual meeting.] (2) One third of the total number of its members shall be the quorum for a meeting.77
