Permission of Kerala State Sports Council for organizing competitions temporarily.- Any sports organization other than a registered sports organization shall obtain prior permission of the Kerala State Sports Council, in the manner as may be prescribed, for temporarily organizing District level and State level sports competitions in the State in the sports item they represent.
