Section 1. Short title, extent and commencement.

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by Act 4 of 1961 (as the copy's heading prints it); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
1. Short title, extent and commencement.—(1) This Act may be called the Kerala Stay of Eviction Proceedings Act, 1957. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Kerala. (3) It shall come into force at once and shall cease to have effect on 1[the 11th day of October, 1960].
