The Supply of Paddy and Rice to Travancore Palace (Extinguishment of Rights and Liabilities) Act, 1976 (No.31 of 1976)

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Kerala Repealing and Saving Act, 2022 (12 of 2022), Schedule No. 41; it may still apply to matters that began before then.

3 No compensation to be payable.—Notwithstanding anything contained in any law for the time being in force, or in any contract or other document, no compensation shall be payable to the former Maharaja of Travancore or the Travancore Palace for the extinguishment by section 2, of the rights in respect of the paddy and rice mentioned in that section
