Section 56. Nomination of First Authorities.

56. Nomination of First Authorities.— Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act all the first authorities of the University shall be nominated by the Chancellor as soon as this Act is Published in the Gazette and may be continued for a period of two years from the date of such nomination or till the constitution of the said Authorities in accordance with the provisions of this Act, whichever is earlier.
