District Planning Committee to issue guidelines for preparation of five year and annual plans of Local Self Government Institutions.—District Planning Committee may, from time to time, issue guidelines for the preparation of five year and annual plans of Local Self Government Institutions such that these plans are prepared taking into account the 3[spatial perspective plan].
