3. Salaries, and allowances of Ministers 10 [;Leader of the Opposition and Chief Whip].-There shall be paid to each Minister11[, the Leader of the Opposition12[and the Chief Whip a salary of two thousand rupees] per mensem and dearness allowances at such rates as officers of Government drawing a salary of13[one thousand rupees] per mensem shall be entitled to from time to time14[and a constituency allowance of15[forty thousand rupees] per mensem.]
