6A. Free use of boats belonging to Government by Ministers, Speaker, Deputy Speaker 14[, Leader of the Opposition and Chief Whip].-The Ministers, the Speaker, the Deputy Speaker 15[, the Leader of the Opposition and the Chief Whip] shall, while touring on public business, be entitled, without payment of charges, to the exclusive use of boats belonging to the Government.]
