9[8C. Reimbursement of amount incurred in connection with purchase of books.—Subject to such rules as may be made in this behalf, every member of the Legislative Assembly including the Speaker, the Deputy Speaker, the Leader of Opposition, the Chief Whip and the Ministers shall be entitled to get the expenditure incurred in connection with purchase of books reimbursed subject to a maximum of rupees fifteen thousand every financial year.]
