Section 1. Short title and extent. THE UNREGISTERED CASHEWNUT FACTORIES PROHIBITION ACT, 1967

1. Short title and extent.— (1) This Act may be called the Unregistered Cashewnut Factories Prohibition Act, 1967.
(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Kerala.
