3[15A Manufacture and Marketing of packaged drinking water, Mineral water etc - Notwithstanding anything contained in any other provisions of this Act, the Authority shall have the power to manufacture, market and sell packed water, mineral water, aerated water, or any other processed water and of goods or articles necessary for the water supply and sewerage in such manner as may be provided by regulations.]
