Section 31. Cost of water.

(31) Cost of water. (1) The Authority shall, by notification in the Gazette, fix the cost of water to be supplied by it according to volume and also the minimum cost to be charged in respect of each connection. (2) The Authority may, in lieu of charging the cost of water according to volume accept a fixed sum for a specified period on the basis of expected consumption of water during that period.
