Section 34. Security deposit.

(34) Security deposit.—The Authority may demand such sum as Security from any consumer in connection with the Supply of water or for sewer connection as provided in the regulations: Provided that the Authority shall pay interest at such rates as the Government may from time to time determine on any sum so deposited with the Authority.
