Sec. 1 : Short Title, extent and commencement (1) This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Hotel Tatha Vas Grihon Me Vilas Vastuon Par Kar Adhiniyam, 1988. (2) It extends to the whole of Madhya Pradesh. (3) It shall come into force on 1such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
