Section 1. Short title and commencement. The Madhya Pradesh General Clauses Act 1957

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Madhya Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1957.
(2) This Act shall be deemed to have come into force on the Ist day of November, 1956.
