Section 5. Incidence of cess Madhya Pradesh High Speed Diesel Upkar Adhiniyam,2018

5. Every dealer liable to pay tax on High Speed Diesel under VAT Act shall be liable to pay cess on his taxable turnover of High Speed Diesel under this Act.
