Section 19. Powers of entry etc.

19. The Chief Executive Officer of the Agency may authorize any person(s) to enter into or open any land or building, for the purposes of: — (a) making any enquiry, inspection, measurement or survey or taking levels of such land or building; (b) examining works under construction or ascertaining and fixing the course of sewers or drains over land of any title; (c) ascertaining whether any building is being or has been erected or re-erected without sanction or in contravention of sanction or permission given under this Act or rules and regulations made thereunder; (d) doing any other thing necessary for the efficient administration of this Act.
