23. Nothing contained in the Payment of Wages Act, 1936 (No. 4 of 1936) or the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (No. 14 of 1947) or the Factories Act, 1948 (No. 63 of 1948), except the provisions thereof relating to health and safety, shall apply to members of the Force.
