Section 4. Appointment and powers of supervisory officers.

4. (1) The Government shall appoint a person to be the Director General of the Force and may also appoint other supervisory officers such as Additional Director General, Inspector General, Deputy Inspector General, Assistant Inspector General, Commandant, Deupty Commandant and Assistant Commandant as considered necessary. (2) The Director General and every other supervisory officer so appointed, shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed.
