Section 11. Immunity of members.

11. Immunity of members.- No suit or other legal proceedings shall be brought against any member of the Bhilsa Ramlila Fair Committee for any act done or purporting to have been done by him in good faith in performance of his duties as such member, nor shall he be personally liable for any act or omission of the said Committee.
