Application of Indian Registration Act.— Except as herein provided, the provisions of the Indian Registration Act, 1908 (XVI of 1908), shall mutatis mutandis apply to the registration of awards, and the words and expressions used in this Chapter but not defined in this Act shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Indian Registration Act, 1908 (XVI of 1908)].
