5-1C. Executive Committee of Market Committee of Market of National Importance.— (1) There shall be Executive Committee consisting of such persons as may be prescribed for carrying out day to day duties of the Market Committee of Market of National Importance. (2) The Market Committee may delegate any of its powers and duties to the Executive Committee by order in writing.
