Section 15. Voluntary contributions.

15. Voluntary contributions.— The Director may receive voluntary contributions towards the cost of maintaining a protected monument, and may give orders as to the management and application of any fund so received by him: Provided that, no contribution received under this section shall be applied to any purpose other than the purpose for which it was contributed.
