Section 59. Constitutions of committees.

59. Constitutions of committees.— Where any authority of the University is given power by this Act or the Statutes to appoint a committee, such committee may, except as otherwise provided, consist of its members, or partly of its members and partly of other persons, as the authority concerned may in each case decide.
