1. Short title, extent and commencement.— (1) This Regulation may be called The Bombay Electricity (Special Powers) Act (Application to Scheduled Areas) Regulation, 1955. (2) It extends to the Scheduled Areas specified in the Schedule annexed hereto. (3) It shall come into force at once.
