This Act was repealed on 24 August 2016 by the Maharashtra Repealing Act, 2016 (Mah. 31 of 2016), s.2 and Schedule, serial 24; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
1. This Act may be called the Bombay Municipal Taxes and Urban Immoveable Property Tax (Validation in Certain Areas of the Extended Suburbs of Greater Bombay) Act, 1960.
