Section 12. Provision of Receiving Centres.

12. Provision of Receiving Centres.— (1) The State Government may provide and maintain one or more Receiving Centres at such place or places as it thinks fit, and may certify any institution to be a Receiving Centre for the purposes of this Act. (2) Every such Receiving Centre shall be under the control of a Superintendent.
