Section 1. Short title.

This Act was repealed on 16 January 2017 by the Maharashtra Repealing (Second) Act, 2016 (Mah. 15 of 2017), s.2 and Schedule A, serial 22; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
1. Short title.— This Act may be called the Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Lands (Validation of appointment as Mamlatdar and proceedings) Act, 1967.
