Section 1. Short title and commencement.

This Act was repealed on 24 August 2016 by the Maharashtra Repealing Act, 2016 (Mah. 31 of 2016), s.2 and Schedule, serial 35; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
1. Short title and commencement.— (1) This Act may be called the Bombay Village Police (Appointments and disciplinary action by Sub-Divisional Magistrates, Validation) Act, 1967. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 25th day of January 1967.
