Section 4. Repeal of Maharashtra Ordinance II of 1967.

This Act was repealed on 24 August 2016 by the Maharashtra Repealing Act, 2016 (Mah. 31 of 2016), s.2 and Schedule, serial 35; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
4. Repeal of Maharashtra Ordinance II of 1967.— The Bombay Village Police (Appointments and disciplinary action by Sub-Divisional Magistrates, Validation) Ordinance, 1967 (Mah. Ord. II of 1967), is hereby repealed.
