Short title.

1. Short title.— This Act may be called the Maharashtra Casinos (Control and Tax) (Repeal) Act, 2023.

Repeal of Mah. XXXI of 1976.

2. Repeal of Mah. XXXI of 1976.— The Maharashtra Casinos (Control and Tax) Act, 1976 (Mah. XXXI of 1976), is hereby repealed.
