1. (1) This Act may be called the Central India Spinning, Weaving and Manufacturing Company Limited, the Empress Mills, Nagpur (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertaking) Act, 1986.
(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 3rd October 1986.
