Registrar’s power to permit any 8[society] 9[or class of societies] to function as 10[Co-operative Agriculture and Rural Multipurpose Development Bank.].— It shall be competent for the Registrar to permit any 11[society] 12[or a class of societies] to function as 13[a Co-operative Agriculture and Rural Multipurpose Development Bank] under such terms and conditions and for such period as he may deem fit.
