144-23A. Regulations and guidelines to be binding on non-agricultural co-operative credit societies.— (1) The non-agricultural co-operative credit society shall be bound to comply with the regulations and guidelines, issued by the Regulatory Board as per section 144-22A. (2) The Registrar may call report from society as to the compliance of regulations framed and guidelines issued by the Regulatory Board, from time to time.
