4. Repeal of Mah. Ord. IX of 1973 and saving.— (1) The Maharashtra College Teachers (Temporary Postponement of Confirmation) Ordinance, 1973 (Mah. Ord. IX of 1973), is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken by or under the said Ordinance, shall be deemed to have been done or taken by or under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
