45. Postponement of payment of installment in case of remissions, etc.— Whenever from any cause the payment of the land revenue payable to the State Government is suspended or remitted, partly or wholly, under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 (Mah. XLI of 1966), if the debtor is a marginal or small farmer or other agriculturist, the payment of the whole of the installment due for that year and the full amount of the installment due for each subsequent year under the award made in his case shall be postponed for one year.
