50. Power of District Judge to refer for disposal certain appeals to Assistant Judge or Civil Judge empowered to hear appeals.— A District Judge may refer for disposal any appeal filed under section 49 to an Assistant Judge or a Civil Judge invested with power to hear appeals under section 27 of the Bombay Civil Courts Act, 1869.
