Section 12. Identity Card.

12. Identity Card.— (1) The Board shall give to every beneficiary an identity card, with his photograph duly affixed thereon. (2) The Identity Card shall be in such form and shall contain the name, address, photograph of the beneficiary and such other particulars as may be prescribed.
