Section 12-D. Implementation of Scheme in urban areas.

12-D. Implementation of Scheme in urban areas.— The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, implement the Scheme in urban areas and for that purpose make such modifications in the Scheme prepared under section 3-A, as may be deemed necessary.
