Section 63. Delegation of powers of Corporation.

63. Delegation of powers of Corporation.— The Corporation may, with the previous approval of the State Government, delegate any of its powers under this Act to any officer of the State Government or to any of its officers and may permit them to re-delegate specific powers to their subordinates, by general or special order made in this behalf.
