19M. Allotment of developed non-agricultural plot or land.— (1) The Highway Authority shall, allot the developed non-agricultural plot or land to the land owners or persons interested, who have voluntarily participated in the Scheme, as per the Scheme declared by the Government. (2) The procedure of allotment of developed non-agricultural plot or land shall be in the prescribed manner.
