19O. Exemption from payment of registration fee, stamp duty, etc.— (1) No registration fee and stamp duty shall be charged from the Highway Authority for registration of the Certificate as provided in sub-section (3) of Section 19N. (2) No non-agricultural assessment shall, be levied on the allotted developed non-agricultural plot or land under sub-section (1) of section 19M by the Highway Authority from the first allottee.
