1. Short title, extent and commencement.— (1) This Act may be called the 5[Maharashtra Homoeopathic 6[* *] Practitioners’ Act. (2) It extends to the whole of the 7[State of Maharashtra]. (3) It shall come into force on such 8day as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
