103L. Overriding effect of Chapter VIII-A.— The provisions of this Chapter shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other provisions of this Act, or any other law for the time being in force or in any agreement, contract, judgement, decree or order of any Court or Tribunal.
