119. Action taken under Mah. XXIII of 1973 deemed to be taken under this Act.— Any action taken by the Maharashtra Slum Improvement Board under the Maharashtra Slum Improvement Board Act, 1973 (Mah. XXIII of 1973), shall be deemed to be action taken by the Board constituted under this Act.
