Section 142. Application of Panchayat fund.

142. Application of Panchayat fund.— All sums received by a Panchayat in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter shall be applied subject to the provisions and for the purpose of this Chapter and all such sums and the Panchayat fund shall be kept in such custody as may be prescribed.
