Section 152. Entry for purposes of this Chapter.

152. Entry for purposes of this Chapter.— It shall be lawful for any person authorised by a Panchayat in this behalf to enter into or upon any building or land in a slum improvement area for the purposes of exercising any powers conferred or duties imposed on the Panchayat, and to execute necessary works authorised by or under this Chapter.
