This Act was repealed on 1 May 2016 by the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (16 of 2016), s.92; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
25. Administrative powers of the Chairperson.— The Chairperson shall have powers of general superintendence and direction in the conduct of the affairs of the Housing Regulatory Authority and he shall, in addition to presiding over the meetings of the Housing Regulatory Authority, exercise and discharge such administrative powers and functions of the Housing Regulatory Authority as may be prescribed.
