Section 35. Vacancies, etc., not to invalidate proceedings of Housing Regulatory Authority.

35. Vacancies, etc., not to invalidate proceedings of Housing Regulatory Authority.— No act or proceedings of the Housing Regulatory Authority shall be invalid merely by reason of,— (a) any vacancy in, or any defect in the constitution of the Housing Regulatory Authority; or (b) any defect in the appointment of a person acting as a Chairperson or Member; or (c) any irregularity in the procedure of the Housing Regulatory Authority not affecting the merits of the case.
